Job Description
Cooper County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) has the following immediate employment opportunities.  Applications are available at the CCMH Information Window; can be downloaded online from the Careers page on the CCMH website; and submitted to Human Resources or the Cashier’s Office.  A complete listing of employment opportunities is available at www.coopercountymemorialhospital.org.  Full time staff are required to work 36 – 40 hours per week and are eligible for benefits including group health, dental, life and long-term disability insurance; retirement plan; vacation, sick and personal leave; and other elective benefits.  Part time employees are required to work between 20 – 35 hours per week with some elective benefits.

The Radiology Technologist works under the general supervision of the Radiology Department manager, performs radiographic examination services requested by appropriate physician order, performs required services according to CCMH policies and procedures and professional standards of radiographic technology.  Minimum qualifications are graduation from an approved program in Radiologic Technology, be registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, have knowledge and skills in human relations and the ability to relate effectively to patients in an empathetic and professional manner in sometimes very stressful situations with patients who are experiencing emotional distress and/or physical pain.  At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.  CT, Fluoro and laboratory experience preferred but not required.  Position is full-time working the 7:00 pm – 7:30 am shift.
