Job Description
Cooper County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) has the following immediate employment opportunities.  Applications are available at the CCMH Information Window; can be downloaded online from the Careers page on the CCMH website; and submitted to Human Resources or the Cashier’s Office.  A complete listing of employment opportunities is available at www.coopercountymemorialhospital.org.  Full time staff are required to work 36 – 40 hours per week and are eligible for benefits including group health, dental, life and long-term disability insurance; retirement plan; vacation, sick and personal leave; and other elective benefits.  Part time employees are required to work between 20 – 35 hours per week with some elective benefits.
 

The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to hospital patients and supervises the patient care provided by other nursing staff and Nurse Assistant employees.  Minimum qualifications are graduation from an accredited school of nursing – diploma, BSN or ADN, current Missouri license as a registered nurse and current CPR certification are required.  Candidates must be flexible, punctual, work posted schedule, committed to quality patient care, able and willing to rotate shifts and hospital units, and perform basic registered nursing functions as outlined in the facility’s clinical policy and procedures manual.  ACLS certification is preferred.  Positions are full-time.  Shift is 7:00 pm – 7:00 am and alternating weekends.
