The Cooper County Public Health Center is seeking to hire a nurse (LPN or RN) for a contract period of four months (September - December). The nurse will provide COVID immunizations, COVID testing and disease investigations. This temporary position is grant funded and will end December 31, 2020. Hours will be days, primarily 9:00am - 5:00pm with the possibility of an occasional evening or weekend. Position requires standing, sitting, bending, and moving of small mobile coolers. The prime responsibility is to preserve the condition and functionality of the production equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to, conducting quality assessments, performing repairs maintaining parts inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures, inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify daily, plan, adhere to preventative maintenance schedule and procedures, perform tasks including basic welding, fabricating, painting and carpentry, and other duties as may be assigned.
