Return Completed Application and Entry Fee to:
Boonville Area Chamber of Commerce, 320 First Street (Inside Katy Depot)
 
Age:  Child must be at least 5 years old and no older than 7 as of June 22, 2023
 
Limit:  First 10 Girls and 10 Boys Who Apply
 
Entry Fee:  $5.00 Per Child Payable When Application Returned

Contestant should wear attire that is dressy-casual.

4:00 – 6:00 pm
